The new standard in the 50-metre class

With an extended reach height and optimised weight, the new S 56 SXF uncompromisingly follows the modern SCHWING philosophy: 5-part placing boom with intuitive folding system, continuous 125 mm concrete delivery line exclusively with standard bends and a familiar robust base frame. The new foldable support patented by SCHWING has already proven its worth in the S 65 SXF model. The concept offers unlimited possibilities in the selection of chassis and motorisation; effort and costs are hereby reduced.

Vector II

New - with integrated diagnostic system

With the new, intuitive VECTOR II, truck-mounted concrete pump operators now have a significantly improved control system that is equipped with more computing power than its predecessor. The possibility to call up machine data, operating states and selected settings of the truck-mounted concrete pump and to change various parameters has now been supplemented by more digital inputs and outputs, which can also be read on the new, higher-resolution colour display. The colour display of the EASy support variants and swivel ranges and a clearer oil temperature display are accompanied by a context-sensitive help system. Software updates are now also easier to perform. The integrated diagnostic system ensures safe operation and not only alerts the operator to maintenance intervals but also provides him with an event list with consequences. These options are complemented by preparation for EASy Flex 2.0 and for telematics services, enabling direct communication with the vehicle. VECTOR II - more information for the operator.

S 51 SX

< 40 tonnes | Roll-Z-Fold

Our new large boom pump, which is characterised by a significantly reduced weight with the usual stability and durability. Mounted on a 10x4 EURO 6 vehicle, it has a typical operating weight of less than 40 tonnes with sufficient reserve for additional equipment and payloads. Operation and registration of the machine are significantly simplified, and fuel consumption is reduced. The combined Roll-Z-Fold with 235° and 230° rotation angles in the last two mast elements offers maximum manoeuvrability for any construction site.

Four elements for more flexibility

With their new 4-part boom, a nominal volume of 7 m³ and a delivery rate of up to 61 m³/h, as well as a useful volume of 4 m³ with a permissible total weight of 32 tonnes, the brand new truck mixer concrete pumps FBP 26⁴/29⁴ set standards! The lower unfolding height with greater reach height as well as the optimised support ranges of the available EASy and EASy Front support aids guarantee more flexibility on narrow construction sites, with low storey heights and narrow building openings and now also enable concreting in front of the driver's cab. The reduced frame overhang in front of the hopper and the low slope angle at the rear provide improved manoeuvrability and, thanks to an optimised arrangement of the hydraulics, the FBP now offers more space on the passenger side for carrying hoses. Controlled by the new Vector II, a transfer to its own reel, e.g. for residual bed use, is easily possible. A modern and intuitive user control through the optimised HMI in the cab completes the package.

UltraEco II

Lightest mixer on the market at 9 m³

With a mixer weight of less than 3 tonnes, the new Ultra Eco II is currently the lightest truck mixer on the market with a volume of 9 m³. SCHWING-Stetter is the first truck mixer manufacturer ever to consistently use Hardox 500 TUF for the drum shell to ensure extremely high wear resistance. A special manufacturing process makes it possible to produce the drum in this material quality. The drum is now fitted with deflected spirals to ensure stress-free installation, and the Ultra Eco II now offers a heavy-duty box as an option, which can also be retrofitted to existing truck mixers. With its new knee bar and optimised underride guard according to ECE R-58/3, the new Ultra Eco II now fully complies with the new truck mixer standard EN 12609. For the digital construction site 4.0, App-Control, a mixer control for Android smartphones or tablets as an alternative to radio remote control for control outside the danger zone, as well as Telematics, a Trendfire app for location, machine data or digital delivery notes, are available as options.

AM 9 FED-UE

All-electric truck mixer superstructure

Based on the weight advantage of the UltraEco II, which ensures an increased payload, especially with electric drives, the AM 9 FED‑UE with its manufacturer-independent adaptable interface is perfectly prepared for the construction of fully electric chassis. The low consumption of max. 70 kw/h per working day enables the all-electric version also for all (!) auxiliary consumers. Thus, a purely electrically operated water pump is now in use for water delivery, as is the electric drum shutter, the electrically swiveling individual hopper, and even the chute is now electrically operated by actuators. The AM 9 FED‑UE is Eco-Power of the next generation!

DynaRig

Flexible and dynamic

The new DynaRig support system developed by SCHWING-Stetter supplements the proven EASy support systems with a dynamic, flexible variant. The new system shows its advantages especially in demanding, cramped construction site situations:
 
Each prop can be moved into any position. The computer of the new VECTOR II control system calculates the maximum travel path of the boom from the prop configuration on a sector-specific basis to ensure safe, flexible use of the truck-mounted concrete pump on the construction site.

S 36 X RaZor

Flexible RZ folding and low space requirement

With its five-section boom and flexible RZ folding, the new S 36 X RaZor impresses with its particularly low unfolding height of less than 6.77 m. The truck-mounted concrete pump also benefits from its low space requirement thanks to its rear H-support and its high manoeuvrability thanks to its wheelbase of only 4.20 m. Thanks to consistently modern lightweight construction, the S 36 X RaZor also remains a lightweight. With a DN125 pipe, proven standard pipe bends and a split 3.5 m end hose, it is the ideal and energy-saving solution even in confined spaces.

Eco Power System

The Eco Power System - the hybrid retrofit solution with an external additional unit to electrically upgrade a truck-mounted concrete pump conventionally equipped with a combustion engine!

The low-cost hybrid solution, which can be implemented with little effort, can be used flexibly, has a high performance with low space requirements and avoids additional weight for the concrete pump. All SCHWING truck-mounted concrete pumps on the market from the last 15 years can be easily retrofitted electrically.

TP 100 TC

The mobile powerhouse now with dual-circuit system and ShotCrete option

The compact TP 100 trailer pump has proven itself as a mobile power pack for construction sites where screed, mortar, fine concrete or concrete with a grain size of up to 32 mm needs to be pumped economically and reliably. With the P0615 pump battery and the XS-ROCK slide valve specially developed for the TP series, the TP 100 is available in variants with three diesel and two electric motors and impresses with its fast, water-saving cleaning, low wear and easy maintenance.

New is the TP 100 TC (Twin Circuit), whose dual-circuit hydraulics enable fast switching of the ROCK slide valve and thus only small pressure surges/pump strokes. Pump pauses are reduced and the continuous flow that is important for shotcrete is made possible. In addition to more ground clearance and a new 45 kW engine, SCHWING now also offers the ShotCrete option: the shotcrete system in which the pump for the setting accelerator additive is fully synchronised with the skirt valve and guarantees a particularly homogeneous shotcrete mix.

SCHWING-Stetter Telematics

SCHWING-Stetter is presenting two telematics solutions for the first time at the trade fair: an entry-level version with which the position of the construction machine and the data from the superstructure can be viewed. In addition, there is an enterprise version for particularly extensive requirements, with which the digital documentation of the complete process chain from concrete production, transport in the truck mixer with passive RFID tag to the construction site and delivery by means of a truck-mounted concrete pump, which is also digitally connected, and its digital delivery note can be tracked. The Enterprise version also provides information on the chassis used - even cross-manufacturer use in mixed fleets can be implemented on request.
